Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons - Assist customers in selecting the right marijuana products based on their preferences and needs - Educate customers on the different strains, effects, and consumption methods - Conduct product demos and provide recommendations for optimal usage - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Process transactions accurately using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system - Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's experience - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product releases
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred - Knowledge of marijuana strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide product information - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register or POS system is desirable - Technical sales experience, such as wireless or electronics sales, is beneficial - Bilingual proficiency is an advantage for serving diverse customer base Note:
