Executive Assistant

Hudson River HealthCare ( HRHCare ) is a Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving communities in Suffolk, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Columbia and Westchester County. HRHCare is currently seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operations Officer/ Executive Vice President in Peekskill.

The Executive Assistant will function as administrative support to the Chief Operations Officer/ Executive Vice President and provides oversight for the delivery and analysis for the Operations reports and site quality reports. This position provides the administrative support for the entire Operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Executive Assistant

  • Maintain schedule for COO, including all meetings, appointments and travel.
  • Maintains and prepares all operational reports, minutes for meetings and correspondence related to Operations.
  • Assists the Chief Operating Officer with special projects.
  • Responsible for organizing all files related to operations.
  • Serves as a communicator for all programs and departments under the Operations department.

Minimum Education Requirement: High School diploma/ GED

Preferred Education Requirement: Associate's degree

Minimum Related Work Experience: 1 year

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
