Manager of EHR Training

Description Hudson River HealthCare provides the highest quality of comprehensive primary, preventative and behavioral health services to all who seek it, regardless of insurance status and ability to pay, especially for the underserved and vulnerable. Hudson River HealthCare ("HRHCare") is a Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving communities in Suffolk, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Columbia and Westchester County. HRHCare is currently seeking a full-time Manager of EHR to join our team in Peekskill. POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager of EHR Training will be responsible for the development, coordination, and documentation of end-user eClInicalWorks training programs and curriculum by engaging with functional requirements owners, subject matter experts, and program managers to develop training. Functions as the key player in the two-way communication between Operational Leaders and the application project teams. The role Serves as the subject matter expert around the application training program EHR, Healthcare software platforms , working with the project teams to provide comprehensive training management and coordination of ongoing training and just-in-time training to ensure end users have a detailed understanding of the electronic health record and its correlation to clinical and operational work flows. Responsible for coordinating all aspects of end user training for clinical information systems. The position manages the education of all clinical and operational end users which includes but not limited to tracking education milestones of all system projects, ensure timely development of education curriculum and formulate and communicate a training schedule detailing the information and logistics to department managers. Collaborates with VP of Clinical Informatics and Information Technology as it relates to training and education. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Minimum years Experience: Five (5) years Supervisory experience. Five (5) years Training experience, specifically Electronic Health Record applications Position Responsibilities: Responsible for developing System end-user Training program and curriculum Develops strategic and tactical plans to meet training needs of the System Integrates training plans into the organization-wide strategic plans Stays abreast of current and up-coming job-related technologies and ideas Monitors training programs, ensuring business objectives are being achieved and the work plan, milestones, and schedule are being managed and tracked 08-09-2018

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
